Alissa Leadership Forum
A leadership education and knowledge-sharing space for female founders of growth-stage tech companies. Master your leadership for sustainable growth.
Book Discovery InterviewThe Founder Ceiling
Solving the Founder Ceiling
We built Alissa Forum for those amazing women who are building incredible businesses against the odds of a complex venture ecosystem.
The Forum specifically responds to the founder's need to break the "founder ceiling" - the internal limit where your current leadership competences and inner barriers hit the demands of a rapidly expanding system. Often, this becomes a primary bottleneck to your company's sustained growth. We provide you with a development space for the continuous mastery of your leadership.
Beyond the education, Alissa offers you a safe harbor for deep connection to transcend the common, yet often unspoken, sense of founder loneliness. We work to be the founder's space for practical support, resourcing and growth alongside a strong peer community.

"Women don't need empowerment. We hold innate leadership power. All that's needed is to activate & grow it. And the right environment for "the flower to bloom."
KEY PRINCIPLES
The Forum - Three Pillars

Inner Mastery
Impactful leadership happens when we grow our self-awareness and self-leadership.

Systemic Maturity
Leading with systems thinking and learning to transition between different leadership modalities (builder, innovator, manager, architect).

Synchronous Connection
We prioritize the luxury of human connection and insight over static content delivery.
The 24 Touchpoints
The Curriculum
Think of Alissa Forum as an executive leadership program from a business school , but built specifically for founders. A rolling 12-month calendar of 24 live-only touchpoints.
The format is deliberately intimate: curated cohorts where every participant has built something real, and radical candour is the baseline.

What founders say
Anna was a huge part of my founder journey. I was lucky to be part of the beta group, and it turned out to be so much more than a program - a place where inner work meets entrepreneurship, and women lift each other through real stories.
Tanya Parfenyuk

This is my honest recommendation for all women founders in tech. If you wanna boost your leadership skills, find inspiring insights, and join a truly unique community - this program might be exactly what you need.
