Systemic Growth Risk

Creating a Robust Leadership Architecture

We created Alissa Forum for exceptional women founders building remarkable companies amidst the inherent complexity multiplied by the structural inequality of the venture ecosystem.

Alissa Forum is a solution that helps founders address one of the top 3 systemic risk factors for growth stage companies longevity and velocity - the leadership element:

The leadership architecture fragility — the internal people-related architecture is not yet robust enough to support the weight of a growing system or can be experiencing friction (team leadership skills gap, challenging interpersonal dynamics, etc.).

The founder ceiling — the internal limit where the founder's current leadership competence and inner mastery no longer meets the demands of a rapidly expanding organisational system.

These risks are faced by every growth stage company irrespective of whether female or male founded and led. We intentionally choose to support female founders.

We work to be the founders' safe space for practical support, resourcing and growth alongside a strong peer community.

"Women don't need empowerment. We hold innate leadership power. All that's needed is to activate & grow it. And the right environment for "the flower to bloom."

— ANNA SAGALOVA, CO-FOUNDER ALISSA FOUNDERLAND

KEY PRINCIPLES

The Forum - Three Pillars

Inner Mastery

Impactful leadership happens first of all, when we grow our self-awareness and self-leadership.

Systemic Maturity

Leading with systems thinking and learning to transition between different leadership modalities (builder, innovator, manager, architect).

Synchronous Connection

We prioritize the luxury of human connection and insight over static content delivery.

The 24 Touchpoints

The Curriculum

Think of Alissa Forum as an executive leadership program from a business school, but evergreen and built specifically for founders. A rolling 12-month calendar of 24 live-only touchpoints.

The curriculum involves online and in person learning sessions. It is a mix of all members sessions and more intimate peer circles, where every participant has built something real.
